Refund / Cancellation Policy


If the booked date is not suitable for you, please call our office at least 24 hours before to re-arrange the date and avoid additional charges on 01474362862. 

You can cancel the hire of the skip up until 24 hours before the skip is due to be delivered by contacting us on 01474362862. If cancellations are made after 24 hours then you may incur charges for wasted journeys. 

Online Order Deliveries


Skips are delivered any time between 7:30am and 5pm, there must be access during these times for the driver otherwise we may charge for a wasted journey. Skips being placed on the road are subject to the councils approval for the permit. Once approved we need two cars space on the road to be able to place the skip.
